Carpet Cleaning:
What You Can Expect When We Arrive
- We’ll conduct a walk-through of your home or business and give an exact estimate according to the square footage to be cleaned. We’ll identify trouble areas and explain what can be done to improve and protect them.
- Before beginning to clean, we’ll place corner guards at the wall corners and felt on hardwood floors to protect personal property. We’ll apply a pre-treatment specific to the type of stain. Next, we’ll pre-spray all of the carpet to be cleaned to move the dirt away from the carpet fibers.
- We’ll clean your carpet using hot water extraction with truck mounted equipment. We use the most powerful truck mounts available in order to provide you with the deepest, most thorough clean.
- For total assurance, we’ll perform an additional stroke of cleaning and water removal to ensure that the carpet is as clean and dry as possible.
- How wet will your carpets be? Our technicians are specially IICRC trained to remove the most water possible for the driest possible dry—92-95% of the water will be removed!
- All carpets will receive a grooming process to lift carpet fibers to allow them to dry uniformly. If you’ve chosen to apply a protectorate, this will distribute it evenly throughout the carpet fibers.
- If furniture has been moved, we’ll replace it and put plastic or foam blocks under the legs to protect both carpets and furniture. We’ll also place fans as needed to quicken drying time.
- Finally, you’ll be invited to examine the work to see if it meets with your complete satisfaction.
- Three to five days later, you’ll receive a follow-up call to make sure you’re completely satisfied. Should there be any problems, a technician will return to make the necessary correction at no additional charge.
Our Pricing System: Pricing is determined by the carpet’s condition (light or heavy soil) and by measurement of only those areas that you’re interested in having cleaned.
We don’t charge you per room because not all carpeted areas are cleanable. Many times there is furniture that will not be moved and cleaned under—so you aren’t charged. Our technicians always give a free estimate and only begin working after your approval.

Oriental/Area Rugs
Among the most beautiful and enhancing floor coverings are area rugs. These can range in price from fairly inexpensive manmade fibers to exotic, costly natural fiber rugs.
The less expensive manmade fiber rugs can be cleaned onsite, using the traditional cleaning methods, then hung to air-dry.
Rugs made of wool and other exotic materials should be picked up and taken to our plant where they can be cleaned in special baths and solutions to avoid shrinkage and transfer of color (bleeding). The fringes will be hand cleaned. Your rugs will hang from large pulley-systems and allowed to air-dry. When ready, they will be bagged and delivered you for final inspection.

Upholstery
Most upholstery materials are classified as delicate fabrics. Being a delicate material requires its handling and cleaning be done with specialized cleaning agents. These agents should be more neutral and less aggressive on the pH scale.
Synthetic fiber is a man made fiber e.g. Nylon, Rayon, Olefin, or a blend. These fibers tend to be resilient to damage and can handle a more aggressive cleaning agent. Also, they are less likely to brown out from pH imbalance.
Natural fibers include cotton, silk and wool. These may have a blend of synthetic material also. When cleaning a fabric that has a blend of material, one should always chose a cleaning agent designed for the natural fiber.
Most of the leathers found on upholstery are the Protected leathers. Unlike fabric upholstery, leather is not cleaned with water or dry-cleaning solutions; instead we use leather cleaners applied with towels and sponges. Afterwards a protector and conditioner are applied to maintain the leather’s pliability, keeping it from drying and cracking. Leather, like fabric upholstery, should be cleaned on a regular basis to extend the beauty and life of the furniture.

Stone, Tile & Grout
Because stone, tile and grout are porous, grease and grime has a tendency to become imbedded. The mopping process for cleaning may only magnify the problem by pushing dirt into the grout lines. We remedy this problem by using very high water pressure in a sweeping action.
By using a moderate acidic or a high alkaline cleaning agent, combined with very high water pressure at 230 + degrees, we can break down and clean out the grime and grease from the small porous areas. We may recommend a sealer be applied to tile floors, walls, counters and showers.

Respect For You, Our Client
We understand we’re entering into your private home.
Our certified technicians know how to pamper your carpets and pride themselves on giving you the
most superior service available. We want you, our client, to love our service so much that you’ll
tell your friends and family.
All service calls come with a 100% Service Guarantee. Our office will contact you within 3-5 days
of completion to make sure you are totally satisfied with the work and the technician’s courtesy.
Please feel free to contact us sooner if you have any concerns.
Here’s why we wait 3-5 days after cleaning to call you. If you had an earlier spill, which soaked
into the pad or carpet base, it is possible the spill may be “wicked up” or pulled to the carpet surface
during the drying process.
We want to be sure everything has dried properly and you haven’t had a wicking problem during the
drying process. So, if spots return, so will we.

"Why do all carpet manufacturing companies say steam
cleaning is best for your carpet?
Compared with other methods, steam cleaning…
- Deeply flushes impurities out of your carpet and out of your home—completely and for good.
- High heat breaks up dirt, removes stains and particles best. (Why do YOU choose hot water for your worst laundry stains?)
- Kind to carpet fibers: Agitation comes from light wand pressure on your carpets, not heavy weight that damages your carpet’s surface.
- Cleaning agents are environmentally safe for kids and pets.
