The head of this family, David James, has been working in this industry for about 10 years. David has put to good use his degree in education and 6 years of counseling experience—especially when it comes to teaching his technicians and in educating our clients about how best to maintain a beautiful, healthy environment. You’ll find him to be very thoughtful, honest and caring in his approach to determining your carpet, floor and upholstery needs.

In the wings, behind every successful man there’s a woman, that’s Ronda James. She has supported David through 35 years of life experiences by being his sounding board, counselor and right hand man (actually, his left-handed woman) and seeing EX-EL grow to over 1,000 satisfied customers. Our Operations Manager and Super Son-in-Law, Brad Lee, is always a hit with the clients.
